I blend Eastern and Western medicine, combining holistic practices with evidence-based science -- an approach that has helped me navigate my own lupus journey.

As a nurse and lupus warrior, I believe true health is built on four essential pillars: food, sleep, stress management, and movement. Food is medicine, providing the nutrients your body needs to heal. Quality sleep plays a crucial role in restoring and repairing the body. Managing stress reduces inflammation and supports overall well-being. And movement -- whether gentle or intense -- keeps the body strong and resilient.
